Alpharetta Smile Care Savings Plan
Making Dental Care More Affordable
We are excited to introduce our new Alpharetta Smile Care Savings Plan. This is an in-house membership plan which entitles those with no insurance to a discount from our usual and customary fees.
We believe this membership plan, coupled with our strong focus on prevention and conservative treatment, will not only save you money, but also add smiles.
No Limits or Restrictions
Beautiful smiles begin with a focus on comfort, function, and aesthetics, but often it's the cost of treatment that is a limiting factor. To help reduce that barrier for our patients without dental insurance, we offer our Smile Care Saving Plan. We offer everything at a discounted rate so that you only pay for what you need and nothing more! There are no waiting periods, no deductibles, and no maximums. If you do not have insurance, this plan will save you money!

LIMITATIONS & EXCLUSIONS
- This plan cannot be combined with any other special offer or discount (coupon, cash/check 10%, etc.)
- This plan is only good at Alpharetta Smile Care. No discount will be offered for services requiring a referral to an outside specialist.
- Should treatment be needed following an injury where a 3rd party insurance is involved, this discount cannot be used.
- Treatment initiated prior to enrollment is not eligible for discount.
- Dental products are not included in this plan.
- All payments are due at the time of service to receive the discount. Services that are not paid in full at the time of service will be billed at our regular fees.
- No refunds will be given if a member does not use the plan, moves, or obtains dental insurance.
GUIDELINES
- You are considered an adult cleaning at the age of 12.
- This plan cannot be combined with any other special offer or discount.
- When care credit is used the amount of discount for treatment will decrease to 10% for all treatment.
- May not be transferred to another family member or patient.
